Warranty overview
Selected Asili Furniture products may include a limited warranty where the warranty is clearly stated on the product page, invoice, quotation, or order confirmation. Warranty availability may differ by product type, supplier, material, and usage environment.
Selected product coverage
Not every product automatically includes the same warranty. Customers should confirm warranty terms before purchase, especially for office chairs, desks, cabinets, sofas, recliners, boardroom tables, and bulk office orders.
| Office chairs | Warranty may apply to selected structural or mechanism issues where stated and where normal use is confirmed. |
|---|---|
| Desks and tables | Warranty may apply to selected manufacturing defects, not damage caused by water, misuse, overloading, or poor handling. |
| Sofas and upholstered items | Warranty may vary by frame, stitching, material, or supplier terms where stated. |
Warranty period
Where a one-year limited warranty or another warranty period is stated, the period starts from the date of purchase or delivery, depending on the order confirmation. If no warranty is stated, the product should not be assumed to carry a warranty.
What may be covered
- Verified manufacturing defects.
- Selected structural faults under normal use.
- Selected mechanism faults where the product includes a covered mechanism.
- Missing or faulty parts reported promptly after delivery.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading, dents, scratches, fabric wear, or cosmetic changes from use.
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, water, heat, poor storage, pests, or accidents.
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly, unauthorized repair, modification, or relocation.
- Damage after delivery acceptance that was not reported promptly.
- Commercial misuse beyond the product’s intended purpose.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should inspect items on delivery, keep proof of purchase, use furniture for its intended purpose, follow care instructions, and report issues promptly with photos or videos.
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact Asili Furniture with your order number, purchase date, and product name.
- Describe the issue clearly and attach photos or videos.
- Allow the team to review the issue and request inspection where needed.
- Do not attempt unauthorized repair before the claim is reviewed.
Warranty resolution
Where a claim is approved, Asili Furniture may offer repair, replacement part, product replacement, exchange, or another reasonable resolution depending on the issue and product availability.
