Asili Furniture prepares and dispatches furniture orders after product availability, order details, delivery location, and payment requirements have been confirmed. Shipping terms may vary depending on product size, quantity, route, and handling requirements.
This policy applies to standard delivery, store pickup, and customer-arranged courier collection where available.
Delivery options
Standard Delivery
Asili Furniture can deliver confirmed orders to selected locations across Kenya. Delivery is handled professionally to the confirmed customer location.
Store Pickup
Customers may collect confirmed orders from the agreed Asili Furniture pickup point after payment and pickup readiness have been confirmed.
Customer Courier
Customers may arrange their own courier or transport provider to collect the order from the agreed pickup point once the order is ready.
Shipping costs
Large, heavy, fragile, assembled, upper-floor, out-of-town, or bulk office orders may attract additional delivery or handling charges. These are confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery process
- 1Asili Furniture confirms product availability, delivery location, and payment status before dispatch.
- 2The team may contact the customer 24–48 hours before delivery to confirm a convenient receiving time.
- 3An adult receiving person should be available to receive, inspect, and sign or confirm receipt of the order.
- 4Standard delivery is to an accessible ground-floor or agreed delivery point unless upper-floor delivery, assembly, or placement has been confirmed in advance.
- 5The customer should inspect items on arrival and report visible damage, missing parts, or wrong items immediately.
Customer-arranged courier collection
If the customer uses their own courier, Asili Furniture will prepare the order for handover after payment confirmation. The courier should provide the correct order reference and collection details. Once the item is handed over to the customer’s courier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the customer and their courier.
