14-day return window

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns are reviewed case by case. The customer should contact Asili Furniture as soon as an issue is noticed and provide the order details, product name, photos, and a clear explanation.

Eligible return reasons

  • The wrong product, size, color, or variation was delivered.
  • The item is materially different from the confirmed order.
  • The item arrived with visible damage or a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Essential parts are missing and cannot be supplied separately within a reasonable time.

Damage reporting

Visible delivery damage, wrong items, or missing parts should be reported as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. The general return request window remains 14 days from delivery. Photos help the team verify the issue and decide whether to repair, replace, exchange, or approve a return.

Non-returnable or restricted items

  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse, poor handling, incorrect assembly, or customer modification.
  • Used, stained, altered, installed, or damaged-after-acceptance items.
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-request products after confirmation.
  • Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items where return restrictions were stated.
  • Items returned without required parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, or verification details.

Return condition

Approved return items should be unused, clean, safely packed, and in the same condition received, except where the reason for return is verified delivery damage or defect.

Refunds, exchanges, and store credit

Depending on the issue, Asili Furniture may offer repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or refund. Refund timelines depend on verification, product return condition, and the original payment method.

Return transport costs

Where the return is due to confirmed wrong delivery or verified defect, Asili Furniture will advise the return arrangement. If the return is due to customer selection error or change of mind, transport, handling, or restocking charges may apply where accepted.

  3. Wait for review and return instructions before sending the item back.
