Delivery overview
Asili Furniture arranges delivery for confirmed orders based on product availability, order size, delivery location, payment status, and handling requirements. Because furniture is often bulky and may require careful handling, delivery terms are confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery confirmation before dispatch
Before dispatch, the customer should confirm the product ordered, quantity, delivery address, contact person, phone number, preferred receiving time, payment status, and any access restrictions.
| Customer details | Name, phone number, delivery address, building name, floor, office number, and site contact person where applicable. |
|---|---|
| Product details | Product name, quantity, color or variation, and any agreed assembly or handling requirement. |
| Payment status | Orders may only be dispatched after payment terms have been confirmed by the Asili Furniture team. |
Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates unless a specific appointment is confirmed. Timelines may change due to traffic, product availability, bulk order coordination, transport capacity, weather, public holidays, or customer availability.
Access requirements
- Confirm lift access, stair access, parking, gate access, floor level, and carrying distance.
- Notify the team about narrow doors, restricted entry, estate rules, loading bay restrictions, or limited delivery hours.
- For office deliveries, provide a receiving contact and confirm whether items should be taken to a specific office, boardroom, reception, or store.
Inspection on delivery
The customer or receiving person should inspect items immediately on arrival. Confirm that the product, quantity, visible condition, and key parts match the order before accepting delivery.
Visible damage, wrong items, or missing parts should be reported as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and order details.
Bulk office deliveries
Bulk office orders may require staged delivery, assembly coordination, site access planning, and a named site contact. Delivery may be scheduled separately from installation or placement where applicable.
Failed delivery attempts
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, payment confirmation is incomplete, or access is restricted, re-delivery charges or rescheduling delays may apply.
